Lastly, they communicate with people on their patrol site to fulfill their tasks.

Their first areas are the beach, followed by inland bodies of Water, swimming pools such as a Water park, an ocean lagoon or tidal pool and lastly, the ocean. A modern Lifeguard can use Lifeguard chairs. Lifeguard chairs are portable and are positioned on chair towers and have an optimum viewing position of the bathing area.
