The Original Watermen Compression Shorts for men are a must-have base layer. They can be worn both in and out of the water, underneath clothing, or alone as functional workout short that doesn’t appear as underwear. The silky soft lycra used is exceptionally breathable and provides the perfect amount of gradient compression to keep your muscles prepped for anything, by increasing blood flow and reducing fatigue. Any athlete knows that even the slightest advantage can make the difference between a 1st and 2nd place finish. Our men’s compression shorts come in your basic solid colors of black, charcoal, navy, royal, red, olive and plum. In addition, they come in a variety of prints such as Grey Stripe, Black Stripe, Kelp Kamo, KaiMana, Wild Thing, Geo Candy, and Pescuales –With more to come!

All of our compression shorts for men are handmade in California using the most advanced sewing techniques to create functional and durable stretch while also minimizing rash and chaffing. The material is an Econyl Nylon that is made from recycled fishing nets. The front is dual lined to maintain a more conservative look when worn alone. Most importantly, the Original Watermen compression shorts provide critical support and warmth to your most prized moving parts. Any athlete can relate from experience, it’s not worth the downside of using a base layer garment that doesn’t support the boys! If you are in between sizes, we recommend you go with the bigger of the two, unless you’re looking for an ultra-snug fit! However, you can always exchange them out for a different size.
