Women’s One piece and Two piece swimsuits: Due to the quality and durability of our fabric, women’s suits tend to fit snug and true to size. After repeated use, they will stretch up to a half size at most. View size chart
Women’s Shorts: All women’s shorts fit true to size. We recommend using our size chart for in between sizes or all non-numerical sizes.
Men’s Shorts: All men’s shorts, boardshorts, and trunks fit true to size, with some leniency on shorts offering an elastic waist and drawcord. We recommend using our size chart for in between sizes or all non-numerical sizes.
Rashguards: Due to the quality and durability of our fabric, our rashguards run snug and true to size. 

Returns: We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept returns. If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date. There is a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions. For more info, view our Return Policy.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something, you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. We are more than happy to ship you the correct product ASAP and charge your card, and once we receive the returned product, you will be credited for the amount. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. 

When you reach our shipping information page, you will notice an "Order Summary" on the right hand side. Here you may 'Accept' Rush Priority shipping for an additional $20. Rush priority will move your order processing to the front of the line but doesn't guarantee same day shipping. In other words, this allows you to skip the entire line, and become the first item to be shipped. We also recommend selecting '2 Day' under the 'Shipping Methods' for the best results. Customization takes an additional 1 week to process.

If you have received the incorrect color, size, or product, contact us immediately, before using or wearing the product. Watermen will cover the shipping cost to send the product back. Once we receive the return, we will ship you the correct product ASAP, along with an apology.

To keep your garment in the best condition possible, we recommend hand washing in cold water and line dry. Do NOT store wet. In terms of detergent, mild laundry detergent works best. Care instructions are also listed on the inside of every garment made by Watermen.

For a long time. If you take care of your suit by washing it at least once a week, you can be set for years. If you have a problem with workmanship, send it back and we will send you a new pair if we can’t fix what is broken on your current pair. A suit should always last for many, many years. If it doesn’t, you, and your shorts, got ripped off.

The best option to wear under your boardshorts is the upcycled watermen compression shorts, but you can also wear boardshorts with or without regular underwear. To sum it up, men’s options are to wear boardshorts without underwear (which is risky), with boxers or briefs, or with >watermen compression shorts made from recycled fish nets so not only are you protecting your planets, you’re also helping our planet!
