RETURNS
If your product has not been used, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will apply — no exceptions. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

EXCHANGES
If you need a different size, please place a new order for the correct item on our website. Then, return the unworn items with a copy of your order to the address below for a refund.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
ELIGIABLE RETURNS:
Products must be unused, new, and uncustomized.
GUARD+ Logo: Only our standard embroidered Watermen GUARD+ logo is accepted in the following placements:

Men’s Shorts – Lower left leg ONLY

Women’s Shorts – Lower left leg ONLY

Women’s Suits – Center chest ONLY
RETURNS NOT ALLOWED:
Worn or Damaged Items: Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
Customized Items: Custom screen-printed, embroidered, heat transfer, or otherwise personalized items cannot be returned.
*Watermen reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is refused.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS:
Swimwear believed to be defective and returned for inspection must be in original condition. Items not meeting this requirement will not be considered for replacement.
Products from Other Distributors:
Items purchased from TYR, Kemp USA, Marine Rescue Products, or other distributors must be returned directly to those companies and cannot be processed by Watermen.
FAQ
WHICH ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
Watermen Brand only accepts returns or exchanges on new products that have not been used and do not have any customization. Our standard GUARD+ products are eligible for returns. Products purchased from the clearance rack are sold as-is and are only eligible for warranty claims if they are defective. Products from third party distributors such as TYR, Kemp, Marine Rescue Products, etc must be returned directly to those companies and cannot be processed by Watermen.
