RETURNS
If the product has not been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date. There is a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling cost. Please see Terms & Conditions below.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size, you need to reorder on the web site. Please return the unworn items with a copy of your order to the address below for a refund. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. The 15% restock fee is waived if you reorder a different size. TERMS & CONDITIONS
ALLOWABLE RETURNS:
Unused & New: Any product in unused and new condition with no customization.
GUARD+ Logo*: ONLY our standard embroidered Watermen GUARD+ logo* in the following placements only are accepted:
- Men’s Shorts – Lower left leg ONLY
- Women’s Shorts – Lower left leg ONLY
- Women’s Suits – Center chest ONLY
RETURNS NOT ALLOWED:
Worn or Damaged Suits: Any product in used condition or damaged will not be accepted.
Customized Items: Customized items cannot be returned. These include custom screen printed, embroidered, heat transfer, or otherwise customized items.
*Watermen reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS:
Swimwear that is thought to be defective and is being returned for our inspection MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, or it will not be considered for replacement.
Other Distributors: Any suits, equipment, or accessories cannot be returned from TYR, Kemp USA, and Marine Rescue Products, ETC.
