SHIPPING POLICY & ORDER PROCESSING

Once you place an order... Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 2 business days, please check your spam folder and contact us for confirmation. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

• Order Processing Time: Allow 1-2 Business Days for us to process your order and begin fulfillment. During the busy season (April - June) expect an additional 2-3 Business Days to process orders.

• Rush Order: To skip the line on Order Processing and be prioritized for direct fulfillment, our Rush Order option is available at checkout for $20. Be aware this does not pertain to shipping, this simply allows your order to be processed ahead of others who have not paid for a rush order. If you wish to expedite your shipping, please select the appropriate shipping option.

• Order Fulfillment:  Orders are fulfilled in the sequential order they are received and processed. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

• Most products ship directly from our warehouse in San Diego, California.

• Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, & U.S Territories may require additional assistance, please contact customerservice@watermenbrand.com if your zip code does not enable shipping quotes at checkout.

• International Shipping is available for select Countries outside the U.S.A. Please contact us directly for questions or a quote.

• Ground - Economy based shipping option based on weight and distance. This is our primary option and will arrive within 5-10 business days after the order is processed and fulfilled. 

• 2 Day (2 business days) - Expedited 2 Day Shipping available for Contiguous 48 States. Orders received before 12:00 noon PST (mon. - fri.) will ship the same day.

• *Free* - We do not provide Free Shipping for all orders. Watermen Brand has the right to deny Free Shipping to any and all customers.

• Free Shipping is a promotional offer ONLY for orders exceeding $75.00 before tax.

• Free Shipping is only available for contiguous 48 US States.

• No Free Shipping for any 'Rescue Equipment'
