NO Warranty Claim without Original Receipt / Order #
To submit Warranty Claim:
- Please contact customerservice@watermenbrand.com with any photos and a short email attn: Warranty Claim.
- Follow the steps for Returns
UNCOMMON DAMAGE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
- If your new & un-used Watermen Brand product is received with defective stitching or seams, whereas the sewing is coming undone or fraying.
- If the Customization (screen print, embroidery, patches) on your new & un-used Watermen Brand product is peeling or fraying.
COMMON DAMAGE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
- Rips, Tears, or Punctures in fabric. Rips, tears or punctures can be avoided by proper care.
- Prolonged chlorine exposure, or exposure to other harsh or abrasive substances (this can accelerate degradation).
- Zipper Malfunctions caused by excessive force on the zipper, or corrosion from improper care and storage. Warranty does not cover Zipper Damage, including: Zipper head detachment Tooth breakage.
- Heat Damage, including sun damage and fading. (do not leave your suit in the sun or in your car, even on mildly warm days)
- Normal Wear & Tear, including: Excessive use - if you swim frequently, the suit will not last as long as someone who swims less and may be prone to damage sooner.
